Standard plastic (CR39)

Lens conforms to BS EN 166 S

('increased robustness')

• Much lower impact resistance than polycarbonate
• Tested by dropping a 22mm 43g ball from height of 1.30m
• Ideal for use when working within hazardous areas or with machinery which is completely guarded
• Not suitable when working close to source of flying particles

Multi anti-reflection coating

Reduces glare and distracting reflections from the front and rear surface of the lens.

This coating improves vision, allows more light to pass through the lens and makes the lens almost invisible in the frame.

Grey Photochromic tint

Add a variable tint for improved visual comfort. Lenses will automatically darken outdoors and lighten indoors reacting to UV light.

Note: Performance of photochromic Transitions VI lenses is poorer in hot climates compared with in the UK.

Freehand engraving

Personalise your safety frame with your initials (max 3) and we will add the date of manufacture.

(Note: Engraving is done using a freehand engraving pen in a suitable location on the frame which may include a place where the markings are visible whilst being worn)

You can ask your Optician, but they are not obliged to provide this to you, or you may have already measured it using our simple to follow instructions.

If you have been given right and left values from your Optician please add them together & round up if not a whole number.

I don't know my PD
